This School Fees Policy outlines the procedures and expectations regarding the payment of fees at Kudos Private Schools. It ensures clarity, fairness, and consistency in all fee-related matters.
To ensure smooth running of the school and quality education delivery, the following school fees policies are hereby established:
1.1. All fees must be paid on or before the resumption day of each term.
1.2. Pupils/students will not be allowed into class after a one-week grace period without evidence of payment.
2.1. Payments can be made through bank transfer, POS, or direct deposit to the school’s designated account.
2.2. All payments must be accompanied with a receipt or teller for proper documentation.
2.3. Payments may be made via the school portal; parents will be informed when this option becomes available.
3.1. In special cases, an installment payment plan may be arranged. This must be approved by school management before resumption.
3.2. At least 50% of the total fees must be paid before a student is allowed to resume.
4.1. A late payment fee may be charged after the grace period.
4.2. Persistent late payments may result in temporary suspension of the pupil/student.
5.1. School fees are non-refundable once a term has commenced.
5.2. Uniforms, books, and other materials once issued cannot be returned or refunded, unless the uniform is over/under size.
6.1. Paying cash in the school office is totally not acceptable.
6.2. Cash payment or transfer of school fees to teachers account is not acceptable at all.
7.1. It is the parent's/guardian’s responsibility to ensure timely payment of fees.
7.2. Students will not be penalised, but the school reserves the right to restrict access to academic activities if fees are not settled.
